Helping Writers Shine

I believe that the editing process is a conversation, and that every writer has a unique voice (even if you don’t call yourself a “writer”). I always have the most fun and rewarding to have that conversation and help people find their words!

Whether you’re polishing a short story, refining an essay, or working on applications, I’m always happy to provide feedback and guidance that makes the process less overwhelming and the writing more true to you.

Creative Writing Instructor

I love teaching creative writing because it’s a way to help others discover their voice and gain confidence in telling their stories.

As an instructor at Pratt’s Saturday Art School, I designed lessons in poetry, nonfiction, and fiction for students ages 11–14, guiding them through narrative structure, character development, and dialogue.

Beyond the classroom, I often support peers and friends with their writing, from shaping short stories to helping my sister craft her med school applications. Whether it’s fiction or practical writing, I enjoy breaking down complex ideas and giving feedback that makes someone’s work feel stronger, clearer, and more true to them.
